Holiday Return Policy:
All customers who make purchases in November/December 2015 will NOT be charged a restocking fee. Holiday shoppers can return their purchases up to January 31st 2016.
The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition. If the item is defective, the customer can exchange it for another, or return it for a refund. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

How much is shipping? - Shipping rates are calculated by UPS and vary with every order. 3 factors determine how much shipping is, your location, the shipping method you choose, and the weight of the items your order.
How to calculate shipping... Add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Under "Shipping Address", enter in your zip code. Right below the shipping address field is "Shipping Options." Select the Shipping Method (UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) and then click Apply. The shipping charges for that method will be displayed at the top of the page where your Order Total is.
How soon will you process my order? All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Most items will ship within 24 hours. Occasionally some watches are made to order, and could sometimes take 48-72 hours to ship. If you need a watch delivered by a certain date, please leave a note in the comments field when checking out and we will contact you if there are any problems meeting that delivery date.
How long will it take for the product to arrive to my front door? This all depends on your shipping method and location. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days using UPS Ground.
Can I get my order faster? To guarantee an order gets to you by a certain day, we offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air as additional shipping options. Feel free to contact us by email or phone if you need an item delivered by a certain date.
What type of shipping options do you provide? We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail to Canada.
How much will it cost to get my order faster? It depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. You can use our online shipping calculator. Just add the item(s) you want to purchase to the shopping cart. Under "Shipping Address", just type in your Zip Code, select the shipping method you want, and click "Apply." The shipping cost will be displayed at the top of the page as will the total cost for your order.
How can I send a gift to my Aunt Sally directly? Simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to check out. Under shipping address, type in the address you want to send the order to. In this case, this is where you will enter in Aunt Sally's address. Next, make sure you select "Other" as the billing address and then input your billing address.
Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address? Sure, just follow the same steps answered in the question above.
Will I be able to track my package? Yes, tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships for all orders. If you have not received your tracking number, first check your spam folder or junk mail folder to see if the email landed in there. If you cannot find your tracking information within 72 hours after your purchase, please email or call us and we will get you your tracking information.
Do you offer International shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping. Canadian customers can select USPS Priority Mail to Canada as their shipping method. If you are interested in having an item shipped to a country other than Canada, please email us with your shipping address plus the item you are interested in purchasing and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
How much will International shipping cost me? It depends what country you would like the order shipped to. USPS Priority Mail shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $18. If you are shipping to a country other than Canada, please email us your shipping address plus the item(s) you would like to purchase and will give you a shipping quote for different methods and carriers.
Do you offer faster shipping methods to customers in Canada? Expedited shipping to Canada can be very expensive. Please give us a call or email us if you are interested in having an order expedited to Canada.
I want to send a gift to my son in Iraq. Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses? Yes, just enter the APO/FPO address into the shipping address fields, and they just enter your billing address under the billing address section.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Yes, we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. To check the shipping cost, just enter your zip code in the shipping address field, choose your shipping method and then click apply. The shipping cost will be displayed at the top of the page where the cost of your order is.
